Delivery & Returns


We are a small team at Carr's Flour. We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days however, please allow up to 5 working days for the delivery of your order. Thank you for your support and understanding.

We ask that all customers be considerate when ordering as large orders slow our fulfilment down during this time. If you have a PayPal email confirmation and/or an email from us then we have your order and will be processing it.

Delivery is available Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed after 11am will be processed the following day.

If you miss the delivery, you can arrange an alternative date and time with the courier, free of charge.

We deliver to the UK mainland. Including England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.     

Delivery cost is calculated based on weight:

  • Up to 10.5kg = £5.95
  • Over 10.5kg – 21kg = £11.95
  • Over 21kg – 31.5kg = £17.95
  • Over 31.5kg – 42kg = £23.95
  • Over 42.5kg – 53kg = £29.95
  • Orders over 53kg  = Please Contact Customer Service

Deliveries to remote areas will be subject to standard delivery charges and an additional delivery surcharge of £6:

Scottish Islands - HS1-9, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA41-80, PH42-44, ZE1-3

If you would like to cancel your order, please email Please state the order number in the email header. If the order has not already been dispatched, we can cancel it and you will receive a full refund, including any postage charges.

Once your order has been dispatched you are still able to cancel the order up to 14 days after the date that you receive the order. The complete order must be returned with all the packaging undamaged and intact, otherwise a refund will not be possible. However you will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. It will take up to 7 days for a refund to enter your bank account, after we have received the returned order.

We will help with the return of goods that have been delivered incorrectly or are faulty. Please notify us by email describing the issue and sending us photos and we will arrange a refund of the goods, including the delivery charges and any reasonable cost incurred returning the goods to us.
