Carr’s Win A Pansonic Breadmaker Free Prize Draw November2020 T&C’s

All orders placed at the shop on carrsflour.co.uk between 9^th – 23rd November inclusive will automatically be entered into the free prize draw. Orders received after this date will not be entered into the prize draw.
To be eligible orders must be registered at the shop checkout.
Open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Carr’s Flour, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
The promoter of the free prize draw is Carr’s Flour Mills Limited, Solway Mills, Silloth, Cumbria CA7 4AJ.
Carr’s Flour accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault [technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure] of any kind OR If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing online, the Promoter/Carr’s Flour does not take any responsibility for incomplete purchases and any incomplete purchases will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. Carr’s Flour accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.
A winner will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person on 30^th November 2020.
The winner will receive a Panasonic Breadmaker & a range of Carr’s Goodies (Carr’s flours, bread mixes, Carr’s branded apron, jute bag & bread bag)
The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at the time of order) before 5^th December 2020.
The prize will be sent to the address provided on the order entry unless the winner provides an alternative postal address on notification within 7 days. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter/Carr’s Flour within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter/Carr’s Flour, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 7 days of being notified of their win.
The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The decision of the Promoter/Carrs Flour regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
This free prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
The name and county of the winner will be available for one month after the closing date of this competition by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Carr’s Flour Mills Limited, Solway Mills, Silloth, Cumbria CA7 4AJ.
Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering the free prize draw.
These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
